CAVIAR
What is it?
The term caviar traditionally refers to sturgeon roe of the Acipenseridae family that’s preserved with salt, but is often used to describe the salt-preserved eggs of other fish as well. The Caviar is rich in rare and precious nutritive substances such as essential fatty acids, omega 3, vitamins A, B & D, proteins, amino-acids, and trace elements.
Benefits and how does it work?
Caviar could significantly enhance collagen synthesis from fibroblasts by promoting its gene expression. Data show that Caviar is able to modify the extracellular matrix milieu observed in aged skin and so beneficially affect extracellular matrix composition and mitochondrial function (Marotta and comp., 2012).
Benefits and how does it work? Simplified?
Seawater elements like sea salt and algae are known for having beauty benefits. Caviar is also essentially marine and hence has the benefits of sea minerals. Our skin is made up of proteins and amino acid. Since caviar is rich in amino acids, it gets absorbed in the skin immediately and makes you look rejuvenated and younger. Caviar also helps produce better quality collagen as its cell structure is similar to that of the human skin cell. Like most sea foods, it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids that helps in adding a healthy glow to your skin. Caviar extract is known for its anti-ageing properties and contains nutrients and antioxidants that heal, regenerate and protect the skin.
Who is it for?
Its anti-aging properties (Caviar extract contains antioxidant properties to protect skin against dangerous UVA and UVB. This helps to prevent against collagen and elastin breakdown). Moisturizing properties and glowy skin (Caviar contains hydrating elements such as fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6)
