Shake the bottle well to mix the formula. Apply on your face so it gets moist, but not wet. Pat carefully until the toner is absorbed by the skin. Do not rinse off. Use the toner after you clean and/or exfoliate your face. After the toner, apply a moisturizer that works for sensitive skin.
